Fall is here and the New York art season is about to open!

SOLO EXHIBITIONS:
Tom Burckhardt's 157 Elements of a Painting
opens at Tibor De Nagy Gallery in New York City on September 11

Roland Flexner's second solo exhibition with the Massimo De Carlo Gallery in Milan will open on September 17

Nicola López's Urban Transformation prints will be on view at the Elizabeth Leach Gallery in Portland, Oregon through October 2

Brad McCallum & Jacqueline Tarry's Evenly Yoked exhibition will be presented at the Spelman College Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA
from September 9 through December 4

Julie Roffman will exhibit her Memory Claim installation at the POVevolving Gallery in Los Angeles beginning on September 17

Devorah Sperber's traveling solo museum exhibition Threads of Perception will be on view at the Kimball Art Center in Park City, Utah through October 31

GROUP EXHIBITIONS:
Jonathan Calm will present new work in the
It's the uncertainty exhibition
with Theodore:Art at EcoArtSpace in New York City beginning on September 11

Richard Klein will participate in the Renovating Walden exhibition at the Tufts University Art Gallery from September 9 through November 14

Serge Onnen will have work on view in the ShadowDance exhibition at the Kunstall KAdE
in Amersfoort, The Netherlands from September 18, 2010 through January 9, 2011

Paul Henry Ramirez will present three Punch paintings in the Neo-Vitruvian: the Body Now
exhibition at Hal Bromm Gallery, NYC from September 23 through November 24

Devorah Sperber's work can be seen currently in the Eye Spy: Playing With Perception
exhibition at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA.
She will exhibit After Mona Lisa 8 in The Brain: the Inside Story opening later this Fall at the Museum of Natural History in New York City

Jonathan Allen will have a monograph published by Brooklyn Arts Press
Titled Superstructure, it will be released in October

Roland Flexner's work is featured in an article by Faye Hirsch in the September, 2010 issue Art in America

John Kalymnios will participate in the Artists in Residences Fundraising Events at the Kemper Museum in Kansas City, MO on the weekend of October 8

Curtis Mitchell will be featured in the Bomb Specific segment of the Fall, 2010 issue of Bomb Magazine

Mia Pearlman recently completed a series of new works in glass during her Visiting Artist Fellowship at Urban Glass in Brooklyn, NY

Paul Henry Ramirez's Chunk 18 painting, which had been exhibited this summer in Ramirez's BLACKOUT Centennial Commission Project at the Newark Museum, was acquired by the Newark Museum for its permanent collection

Two paintings by Andrew Sendor are featured in the September issue of Harper's magazine

Belated congratulations to Camille Utterback
for receiving a 2009 MacArthur Genius Award.
Utterback's most recent interactive public art work, Shifting Time - San Jose, is on permanent display in the San Jose Airport
